Research Centre for Defence and Security in cooperation with the club constellation MUS organizes training on the security handling firearms – pistol CZ 99
The trainees will undergo intensive training which consists of six stages:

1.theory framework and legislation
2. getting familiar with weapons
3. The assembly and dis-assembly of weapons
4. practical use of the firing range
5. laying the theoretical part
6. The certificate giving
Shooting club MUS was founded 11.11.1993. year. The shooting range today its facilities, whose primary goal is the improvement of shooting in all categories, attracts many visitors, above all lovers of precise shot – MUS.
All members of the club “MUS” have the opportunity to get familiar with how to handle weapons and become an excellent Stelco with a very professional help. Reaching the prescribed technical norms for efficient and maximum safe operation of shooting ranges, functional and aesthetic furnishing, to the shooting range and supporting facilities, wholeheartedly helped numerous companies, private entrepreneurs, like many fans of amateur and professional sport from Zemun and New Belgrade.
Initially MUS was a classic shooting club in two disciplines – pistol and large-caliber revolver. Wishing that Serbia introduce a new and exciting sport – practical shooting, Mus becomes one of the founders of the Alliance headquarters in practical shooting, Serbia, and the only club of this sport in the Balkans.
Alliance was started in 2000 as the Alliance of Practical Shooting Yugoslavia, later Serbia and Montenegro. Alliance for practical shooting Serbia was founded in 2002 and reactivated in 2005 when the contestants and perform under the flag of Serbia. Alliance has quickly become a member of the International Practical Shooting Confederation IPSC, and in 2008 was inducted into the Sports Federation of Serbia.
So far our country has participated in the consideration for large competitions in practical shooting. At the World Championships 2008 in Bali, due to poor material conditions which, unfortunately, will accompany the youth sports in our country, participated only two athletes from our country – Ljubisa Momcilovic, state champion in production, and Dragan Barašin, state champion in the standard. At the European Championships in France in 2007. Serbia won the following results:
Zoran Mihajlovic, categories: seniors standard – 16th place
Maja Jovanovic categories: women production – 6th place
Ljubisa Momčilović categories: production – 8th place
Dragan Barašin categories: standard – 28.mesto
We are proud to emphasize that the Union for practical shooting Serbia entrusted the organization of the European Championship 2010 in Belgrade.
